With the 10K out, we should start seeing some news. I hear we could hear something next week. If so, then it's probably about a new acquisition. If you look at their strict acquisition criteria on their web site, it's a good bet the company is already pumping oil and possibly profitable.

I know the company wants to keep the share count low, so it will be interesting to see how the deal is structured.
