From the information given by SEMI, final numbers for 2005 for Bookings, Billings, and BtB can be tabulated. It should be noted that for all of 2005, and the last 4 months of 2004, a period of 16 months, the BtB has been less than 1. Backlog must be getting pretty "lean".
