I feel like we have to believe in ICGE on general terms since the specifics are difficult to pin down. For example, GOI is listed on the LSE, but if it doesn't trade, how much are 69M shares worth?

I sense there is a lot of value in ICGE's shares, but I can't prove it. I just hope they are as smart as they appear to be in recent developments, and get the share price up high enough to attract attention.

It is a better gamble than most of the NAZ high-flyers, IMO.
