Who are you to try to claim any fruits on someone else's labor? Did the salaried guy/gal save his/her money? If they did, and then died, then they would have an estate.

IF the salaried person had money to put into his/her own business, worked extra hours to build that business, paid all the taxes required, hired people and contributed taxes and benefits for them as well, still working his salaried job, then dies.....why should anyone else take advantage of this persons efforts to try to build capital for his descendants?
