I was just checking out the NASDAQ site:

nasdaq.com

and came across some interesting information. To make it onto their National Market (I think that's the one) there are a few requirements such as having a minimum market cap of 75,000,000 and share price of $5. If you check out the site you can get more detailed info.

There is also a small cap NASDAQ market, which has similar requirments but with more detailed accounting requirements.

It looks like Sungold would not have any problems meeting these requirements as out market cap is over 75,000,000. The only thing I would be courious about is what happens if the market cap drops and or the share price drops??

Oh, well time will tell. Check out the site, definately interesting...
