When I think of progressives, I think of Moveon, Dean, Gore, Michael Moore, Striesand, Chomsky and the like, Nadine. Or folks with the same like mind as I posted earlier on the "Step Down Bush" links. Most of these people seem to me just as far to the Communism extreme, as some on the very far right do.. Lyndon LaRouche maybe.
When I like "progressive politics" into a search engine, some of these folks and their causes do come up.
Maybe it's the loudness, shrillness, and inability to hear, or even consider another viewpoint other than their own progressive one, is why I'm having a hard time finding some (in the public arena anyway) that are "respectable." |
