"Telesis has been exploring a listing on the American Stock Exchange. In September, the Palmetto company's board of directors authorized managers to begin work on the listing."

They don't meet the listing requirements for the Amex just based on stock price alone, so hopefully they'll use the OTCBB as a stepping stone.
