I'm still curious and confused about the "Pending SEC Approval" statement from the PRs. I know some have said about previous listings with the SEC require registering or filing the change in ownership. I've tried to check for these previous filings on the SEC website but haven't found anything.

I am somewhat new with all this so I could very well just be lost and doing my research wrong. The "Pending SEC Approval" is just to vague a statement to even search for. You get a huge amount of information to come up that would take a research team 50 years to read through.

As of Friday, Rodney Marvel of Big Apple told me that he had no clue what this meant, but that he had an E-Mail that was sent to Bob Howe requesting clarification for us. Rodney told me the same thing a month or so ago with the Pro-Mold PR though, so I don't know what to say. It would be nice to have some solid info explaining this to us all, instead of having to guess and speculate.

It's just MHO that this might be holding back a lot of investors. I know everyone has an opinion on this but maybe JM or someone could get with PLNI directly to find out about this. I know JM and many of you have much more knowledge than me and much better contacts. Even without the audit, I'd feel a lot better if I fully understood this "little issue".

And for those who think I'm trying discredit anything about PLNI, need to calm down and understand that I am just an investor who is trying to figure out these PRs. As I am sure many more here are as well but are reluctant to say anything.

Long on PLNI
