JPM is definitely buy at this level. I see 50% upside to this stock even from the level you have sold. Dimon will turn this company around and there was plenty of signs from january earning call. The company will continue to improve its operating metric in 2007 and even without Fed's help, you will see EPS steadily rising. I see no other bank being able to do this. When Fed stops rate hike, the market multiple in the banking sector will rise from current 10 to 11 to somewhere between 13 to 14. WIth EPS estimate rising to above $4 by Smithbarney, you are looking at $60 and more by 2008. I am a buyer at current level just above $38.
