We have many standard deviates in town. They have a standard distribution at the central locus of the mall and seem to be project-oriented. Their central tendency is towards behaviour that is skewed anti-socially in a random fashion with a 95% confidence scheme, 100% of the time. The standard deviate will sample a random selection to measure worth, reaction to aggression, willingness to seek a median level of stimulus by volunteering elements of worth, resistance to injury, and viability of organic continuance in response to random cessation of biological function when probed by high velocity cultural components common to deviate cultural norms. Populating a bell curve with standard deviates is not workable as their basic tendency is towards high mobility, or failing that, morphogenesis into subtlely similar forms that fall outside their quartile. If the similar form's tendency is to evolve in order to differentiate the deviated standard, then the standard deviate tends to shift the similar forms into obsolesence by exhibiting closely parallel skewed behaviour.
