Good Morning Phil:
FSCX got spanked pretty hard yesterday but my information is still positive on the company. They always seem to have an excuse for the numbers. But microcaps NEVER know when a quarter is going to be good or not. I still haven't figured out the press release.
I see where their selling expenses went up dramatically, which is understandable as they've added so many sales people.
The revenue drop off has bothered me, but I'm told that a large contract didn't ship that was suppose to go out. Can we assume that it was shipped the next/current quarter? I think so.
Shareholder equity was RAISED from 12.6 million to 13.7 million. I still don't understand how that occured.
All in all, I'm still banking on Frame Relay's significance right now in the information and communication technology arena, and FSCX's sales force that is clearly well focused on signing some major contracts with the baby bells and hopefully Sprint.
Chart looks good for a bounce nack to 6 plus on a reltively short term basis.
Look at ANCR! I bought huge positions this morning at 10 5/8 and 10 3/4. I'm hearing some intersting things about this one going into Interop in Atlanta in a couple of weeks. Looking for a quick 2 points in this one as well, although not quite as quick as MLR :)
Sorry I'm not long PAIR currently. <NOE>
Good Luck, Rick.
