That is an amazing link. I'm not trying to link the two issues, I'm just talking to the more general point about how 9/11 changed quite a few people's priorities. I know it did mine and others on this thread but it seems to have had zero impact on Bush's energy policy. Dont you think that 9/11 should have changed something in his thinking on energy policy?
