I believe this is one of the original Trimco stockholders who held shares before the merger with Alpharel that created Altris. They probably held some restricted shares from the merger that have only recently been released. This is very common after M&A's for some previous holders to move on. I don't think they can be classified as "insiders"

I have a call in to IR to check the numbers but I wouldn't be surprised if today's filing is a mistake. They did sell 45k last month but I guess their timing wasn't too good because they sold in the low 7's.

I did have a chance to talk to Jay recently who confirmed that EB is ready to roll and they are just waiting for a major contract to clear so they can deliver a knockout PR punch.
