OT "The Screws" The DHL delivery man just dropped off my airborne express box from Dell, signature required. Nice 5 inch by 8 inch by 2 inch box. Foam padding inside. 2 layers of foam, no doubt. But only 1 of the 4 needed penny cost screws. (LOL) Nicely packaged inside a ziplock bag. Hey, as they say (rflol) maybe it fell out or is loose somewhere in the box? Nothing like outsourcing a $10 airborne shipment with $5 of packaging for 1 penny cost screw that doesn't even fulfill the customer request. Good thing I implemented a backup plan and had a second shipment sent by the 3rd person that called me back Friday. BTW still haven't reached anybody in the US. After going thru 4? levels now of 'supervisor'. I guess by weeks end I'll have 2 of the needed 4 screws and Dell will have spent $100 in shipping and outsourced labor time getting them to me. (lol)
