Bill . I have a couple of questions.

You say you are already set up offshore. Could you share with us the structure that you are using.

What in your opinion is the minimum amount that makes it worth while moving funds offshore. As a "small" investor ; still working for wages; I find it very frustrating to have my 10% gains reduced to 5% by taxes.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
