Analysis of amended 10SB - change in audit from an unqualified opinion on F.S. to a review report. Not Good ! - 3/31/97 cash on hand is $778.00 - The AIN/Elfworks ad credits of 50 million are gone. - Mineral Inventory is valued at 269 million. - Total assets are 319.8 million. (again, this is a reviewed report, not audited) - They claim Goodwill of 2.9 million, I ask you for WHAT ? HCCA + BULLSHIT <> GOODWILL - accumulated $450 K in new payables between 12/31/96 to 3/31/97 - issued 375 million shares to Zarzion, Inc., wholly owned by FURBALL, for mining claim leases which expire in 2010. Furball was paid roughly 45 million for this company. - HCCA spent $2434 on expositions and/or conventions. WHY WERE NO SHAREHOLDERS INVITED - outstanding shares are now 827,485,297 - NMC was acquired for the 3rd time on 2/6/97 - they want to make another public offering for secutrities - HCCA owes Krilich 267,373 and payments are in arrears. Krilich has demanded payment. - all chiropractic clinic acquisitions are rescinded - mining assays performed by Metallurgical Research and Assay Labratory in Henderson, Nevada ALL IN ALL, THINGS LOOK LIKE THEY ALWAYS HAVE IMHO WR
