Thomas, thanks for the post. But Arch Crawford was wrong. I trade via the solar and lunar eclipses all the time to great success, as evident with my most recent buy of ASND at the bottom of $32.50. The mistake that Arch and so many financial astrologers make is that such an astrolical event doesn't necessarily mean the market will tank. Often, it means the market or a market segment, like networking stocks will tank right up to that key event, then you get a sigh of relief and reversal. I have learned that networking stocks tend to tank on certain aspects. When I see that happening, I wait and watch and buy at the reversal point. The reversal point I was looking for was Tuesday's Full Moon Lunar Eclispe. When ASND tanked into that, I bought like hell, fully margined, knowing that the psychology of the market would turn that day. Sure enough, the negative rumors all turned out to be pure CRAP and ASND is moving up. Arch and Henry Weingarten and these other so called financial astrologers are wrong so much it's pathetic. They're total flakes. Arch is probably still shorting the market and losing his shorts. Fundamentals are the key. Astroligical fundamentals for timing...but only on the really rare and powerful astrogical events. The little day to day stuff is ridiculous. TA is just as sad. How can technical history predict the market?
