No medical system is perfect and never will be. Still, you'll never meet a Canadian that would prefer what we have in the U.S. to what they have there. Setting a broken arm is not a complicated procedure. Canadians don't go bankrupt because of medical bills. They laugh at us when they hear about people here holding fund raisers to help pay for an operation..
