FYI: Joe Noel @ H&Q just released a report reaffirming his buy on DLGC. He is using $.35 for the September quarter and $.45 for December which puts the year @ $1.29

IMO this is strong sequential momentum and should take DLGC to $52 after the 12/31 EPS report. I want to reiterate to the board not to underestimate the steps DLGC is taking to turn the corner on improving profitability. This will be readily evident in the 3q report. Those of you that want to increase positions should not wait and do so now! These VoIP & FaxoIP contracts will be extremely large when they arrive. I obviously don't have a clew when they will arrive. However, I have assigned very high probability that they will arrive and that DLGC will garner 65% of all of the high density design wins. This is a very large market and we are getting dangerously close to the initial design wins at the ISP's and PTTs. The reason for this is that NN and CSCO are deploying broadband switches that integrate frame-ATM with IP on top. This will provide the bandwidth required for low latency quality of service specs and SS7 compatiblity. This will be the WAN fabric that weaves DLGC's media processing capability on AIN's with DM3.

Happy Investing,

Jay...
