Are you saying, the fed can NOT set Fed Funds Rate at 20% and leave the other rates be set accordingly in the market place? Again, I think, you just want to make vague stupid statements, when confronted with facts. I need just a simple yes or no. Not any of your crappy logic. If Fed sets fed funds rate at 25% will the Dollar fall OR rise? Just say yes or no. If no, will it fall or rise if the Fed funds rate (set by US Federal Reserve board and NOT by market) is set at 100%. Just say yes or no. I dont care for your logic.
