My husband works for CTEC, our big winner. The only stock I can recommend whole heartedly. Although at these prices I think you would be wise to wait for a pullback. We have SHVA (@ 21), PRMS(@ 28), and ECO. Dogs, all of them, don't go near 'em. Well PRMS has interesting technology, and if you can get it in the teens it is probably a good deal.
