Positives: Sr. VP Sales returns, who is the person who built revenue growth previously; Tax loss carryforwards of $17M Fed + $9M Cal; Cash adequate to fund TA so as to avoid dilution; Leadership technology "pieces" through acquisitions to integrate towards market control and standards initiatives; Competition not yet formidable and MSFT entry is an intention at this time. Risk measurable and reward potential unlimited! IMO.
