The Palestinians did have one acknowledged leader post WWII - the Mufti. Hey Nadine.. How have you been?? Yes.. the Mufti was both a Nazi collaborator (who hoped to create an Arab version of the "Final Solution" in Palestine), and he was the primary leader of the Arab population in the area surrounding Jerusalem. But a religious leader is not what I mean by a "government". Thus, you make my point.. Theocracy is not Democracy. It's just another form of Totalitarianism that suppresses individual rights in the interests of advancing the power of parochial elites (in this case, religious clerics). Hawk
