I don't want to continue a discussion with a crook who continuously twists facts. The Southwest Parkway was and is the least congested road in the area up to date, there were even plans from City to reduce it's serviceable pavement from three lanes to two lanes each direction. The Hector's house is located about 5 miles from Lantana tract, not one mile. I live in that area and drive there every freaking day. So just drop it. And BTW, the Lantana properties do not discharge any runoff waters into "sensitive Barton Springs".

The relevance to Dell is that you also fabricated a lie about Dell executives moving their headquarters close to their homes and neglecting Dell's business ( I don't think there is any place for an executive to live in Round Rock:-). The relevance to Dell is also in that SOSA might impose an environmental tax on Dell as well as it will run out of other deals in town.
