zonkie.....booby....fusion research has been going on here for many years. Believe me, if any sustained reaction could have been managed by a $37 million reactor, we would have heard about it. A true fusion reaction is self-sustaining, producing more energy than it consumes. There is nobody on earth claiming this is possible today, and I doubt you could even find an optimist who would say it'll happen in the next 25 years.
