Ron,

Pavlov's dog. Remember how many times the stock has hit 15 1/2 in the last few months--I think yesterday was the fourth time, and each time investors have seen it sell off; they are conditioned at this time, and finally join in to produce the same end result. However, as you mentioned in an earlier post, the retreats have been to a higher low in each of the last three cycles. The stock is building a good base and the news that breaks it beyond the 15 1/2 level should run it well up the chart.
