Bernard, I think you're confusing small caps with low price stocks. If small caps always outperformed large caps, then why would anyone buy large caps? But, while we're add it, I don't think that low price stocks have outperformed higher price stocks either. I think that what you mean is that you can buy more shares of a lower price stock for the same money that you would use in buying large price stocks.
