Sorry for the late reponse, the symbol is WDT listed on the VSE. They payed something like $0.0687 a share. The last I checked the bid was only $0.20. There is around 74,000,000 shares outstanding. The company was formed by a reverse takeover. They own a toll highway in China and have revenues projected by Price Waterhouse of increasing approx. $6,000,000 a year. The stock doesn't really trade much now (it is not liquid). They have about $4m in the bank, because they paid out $6m in dividends. The company has been taken offshore for tax advantages, hence the low price (to pay a minimal depature tax in Canada). The company has been generating revenue for the last 4 years and apparently Wood Gundy's office in Hong Kong is lining up to do a $30m financing to purchase and build further toll highways. Post me back for more info.

Cheers
