Hey Pati, that's the same thing I have (that I was telling you about earlier)! I've had degenerative disc disease since the early '90's, and it was so bad that by 2002 I could just barely dress myself in the mornings. I'm glad I didn't go the surgery route, because after 6 months of MSM I was able to bend over and touch my toes. I took 5000mg a day and still do!
