"As a strategy, I think the Dems should attack Alito with the filibuster. The repubs think it's a done deal and are not expecting or prepared for it. It's classic counter ambush..go straight at them - along with the filibuster, you start stirring up all the other things that are working against Bush - I think the timing is perfect - make it a proxy and referendum on the total immoral corruption that embodies this administration"
