Classic quote. Barbara wants you to trust assets in Manhattan that generate about as much cash flow these days as the dotbombs did six years ago. But we'll make it up through appreciation and reap the rewards on the back end<g>.

Shit they can't even grow the top line at all. At least with the dotbombs there was a slight chance they grew to support the value via the top line.
