Michael I think the issue here will be price competition in the near to mid term. Everyone will debate the form factors and issues over patents but with SNDK PE rather high at this point it has now become vulnerable on a risk reward basis even with the oncoming growth rate increase. I sold at the open and will wait now to see where the debate and issues fall out on the table. Merril Lynch pushed the price up and will take it down if they don't like the story, same as they did with QCOM. Craig
