MSFT yesterday left a gap on the downside at $130 3/4 when it opened at $131. I strongly believe that we are about to re-visit that level very shortly...if not within the next three days. My first major support is at about $126 with resistance at $140. Second support is $118 - $120 and second resistance at $143 - $145.

The 50-day MA is flat and one should watch to see which direction it slopes over the next two weeks. My guess is down based on fundamentals.

The fundamentals have not changed since yesterday. I believe the MM's are pushing this stock in hopes of catching as much premium on the call options as possible. One MUST keep in mind that the company itself believes for whatever reason that its stock price is too high
and has little room to go up (if any) and more to go down.

If MSFT rallies back to $140, ask yourself what has changed since the -'ve article in Barrons was published when the stock was trading at $138. Keep in mind that permission by the publisher to quote MSFT CFO "that the stock is overpriced" was obtained otherwise the company would have countered the argument presented by Barrons.

A better investment now is SUNW.
