TCNL is trading in conjunction with KMB. TCNL was up 3/4 and KMB was up 1.75 which is a factor of .42 which is the conversion to KMB shares as per the "takeunder" agreement. To sum this up.......Whatever KMB does then TCNL will do by multiplying .42 times the price of KMB. The TCNL shareholders and optionholders are cooked geese with this lousy deal!
