V.K.

Please be carefull in your use of language. You might confuse some people that are new to investing.

First you give us TA type support and price info, which long term holders could care less about.

Then you come back and start talking about the Fundamental's of MSFT. From you many posts on this thread a strong case can be made for you not knowing what the fundamentals are concerning MSFT.

Your writing in the paragraph below shows you are just shooting from the hip.

"If MSFT rallies back to $140, ask yourself what has changed since the -'ve article in Barrons was published when the stock was trading at $138. Keep in mind that permission by the publisher to quote MSFT CFO "that the stock is overpriced" was obtained otherwise the company would have countered the argument presented by Barrons."

1. Many of us do not believe everything we read. Especially when it comes to Barron's articles on MSFT as they have been off base so many times. I'm glad I didn't sell when they said NSCP was going to bring down MSFT a few years ago.

2. Are you a long term reader of Barron's? If you are then you would know that when Barron's gets a quote directly from a source they bold the interviewer and interviewees name and generally use a different font. This was done in the Barron's hatchet piece.

3. If you knew the fundamentals of MSFT and read the notes from the CFO and listened in to the last analyst call then you would know that those quotes from MSFT were taken from various papers articles and analyst calls over the past six months. Bottom line, there was little new in the article. The article also left out many good things comming from MSFT. This is why after a knee jerk reaction the stock has come back.

So, for me - the Barron's article has not made a change. Now that all can view your post in perhaps a different light, feel free to continue.

Regards,
Brian
