I've been watching mantle cell..... the target is known to elicit a stong response ("anti-id"), but the claim to fame is that this type of cell doesn't generate antigen variants as a way of life (as do B lymphoma cells). Great that you brought that specific example. I probably never would have noticed the project, except that a friend of my aunt is long-diagnosed with MCL. This project therefore caught my eye a couple of years ago or so. Didn't know about this update. Thanks again. Rick
