From Michael Block of Innovative Research Associates, 212-421-2545

"LGS Corporation (Montreal: LGS/A) -- Our "no brainer" is living
up to expectations. At the annual meeting on September 10th, in
Montreal, LGS announced a backlog of $23 million in Year 2000
early stage contracts which, according to the release, translated
into at least $85 million of incremental Year 2000 business. On
a base of $92.3 revenues (March 1997 fiscal year) this is no mean
number and the potential for additional business is readily
apparent. IRA views fiscal 1998 as the transitional year where
earnings will rebound to near high levels. Next year could
really be a "barn burner," and a near term $15 target appears to
be just the beginning. Management is actively discussing a U.S.
listing."

My exit price is now 16$ until LGS.A will be at 15$.
I'm very happy to have increased my exit price many times.
