I am not denying that there are many homosexuals in the world. A group representing perhaps 1% of the population deserves to be respected, but not allowed to control the agenda. It is not my obligation to fit in to homosexual society unless I choose to inculcate myself into the culture. I can be tolerant without being condescending.

Homosexuals tend to accumulate disproportionate amounts of wealth during a single lifetime. I attribute that to a lack of child rearing expenses. I suspect that heterosexual couples without kids do similarly.

Mainstream is by definition a thing that most people agree with.

From dictionary.com
"The prevailing current of thought, influence, or activity"
"To incorporate into a prevailing group."

To say that homosexuality is a prevailing activity would be incorrect. Again, I say that it is incumbent upon homosexuals to integrate into heterosexual society rather than expect flagrant homosexual behavior to be accepted.

An interesting aside: What do muslims do with their homosexuals?
