It appears that the stock began to rise suddenly after an earlier this year precipitous fall. The only caveat I can find in this pattern is that the accumulation distribution graph indicates that distribution was taking place well into the rise, belying at least that any accumulation took place prior to the rise of the stock. That this could happen without any people taking advantage of the situation a-priori is incredible, so it must be that the rise of the stock was "planned" by people who already held enough stock.
If, however, they had cynically bought stock or placed stock prior to promoting or pushing the stock up, then one could say it was better orchestrated, and the intention is to rise the stock prise to much greater levels with confidence. With this kind of pattern I cannot say that is the intention here, no matter what they might say.
If, however, they say that this is all buying, of course it could not be -- unless ALL the holders sold ALL their stock. Again, not likely. Some obviously sold MUCH to new people, then bought back etc.. and sold more.
Ergo. It is promotion, pure and simple. Perhaps not egregious and totally hard-hearted, but with a practiced professional eye on stage-left anyway. The principles should tell the tale. The fewer miners holding the better part of the stock, the more we know it is a recycling without good intentions.
Reviewing the people, I see it is absolutely Howe street. Stressing profile above all. A financial vehicle of utmost wisdom and a phoenix of integrity.
Having said that I will view their progress with interest. I predict their fortunes will unfold with all deliberate speed befitting such obviously capable people. No matter the economics they may befall. As Joe Gallo said. No whine before it's time.
