07:49 Stifel upgrades CKFR to Buy from Hold. The firm's primary reasons are: 1) they believe the biggest overhang is quickly abating and that CKFR will be able to grow EPS through the lost revs, 2) the operating leverage of the business model still exists post-transpoint rev minimums, and 3) earnings power of the co has proven to be more significant than modeled and therefore look for continued upward bias to EPS estimates over the coming years.
