Mike, Stox held over 18 months under the new ' simplified ' 1997 tax plan are subject to a 20 % tax levy as apposed to the old 38 % tax. Small caps and Micro-caps will do just fine in this enviroment. QDEL will participate. Russell 2000 is at an all time high and headed higher. &&&....cheers
