The refusal of service today much more means to gangs, druggies, drug dealers, and any people who are bent on causing trouble....It is interesting to me that your examples are of race. Do you live in the South? In the NW, that type of thing is nearly unheard of. And I say unheard of because I've never heard of such a thing here since the Civil Rights days of over 50 years ago.
