OT/ Safe deposit box Homeland security rumour - ************ Unconfirmed reports floating around the blogosphere recently that Homeland Security has drawn up plans and begun notifying banks that only the paper contents of safe deposit boxes are allowed to be withdrawn from banks in the event of a national disaster. Unconfirmed, and hard to believe, but nothing would surprise me anymore. ************ Here is a possible source for the rumour - This seems like a 'tin foil hat' type site.
