As is probably no surprise, I do not agree. While I disliked the pricing and the warrants as much as anyone--Stoll made it clear to me that no one who was willing to do that financing at that time was willing to detach the warrants from the PIPE. And if anyone believes that Cortex would be better off today without the PIPE money, at a point where BPs could and would thoroughly exploit any hint of fiscal weakness in the Ampakine negotiations--then we have totally divergent perspectives. That PIPE was like democracy--the only thing worse were the other choices.

I suspect that this post will elicit some chatter from the ratholes, but so be it.
