Don, I am waiting for the SMH to reach an RSI of 30 again before considering becoming a buyer. investorshub.com I'm thinking the first test of the lower Bollinger Band with an RSI of 30 will lead to a failed rally and a lower bottom with positive divergences. In other words we have a while to wait for what I hope will be a good buying opportunity. But I may trade the first bottom short term. RtS
