Where did you get this story? All I know is that the Sudanese wanted money and was bullying the US for it with no concrete proof that they had Osama.

I bet Bush is squandering a lot of money to those tribal thugs in Pakistan-Afghan border who tell CIA that they have Osama or that Zawahiri is attending such and such a meeting in such and such a village. How many tomes we have heard that the intelligence that CIA received was faulty. And that was the same with Sudan.
