Are you saying that this is a way around Form 144 filings, so there is less prior public notice than for a Form 144? If so there must be a good reason. You can't encourage front running. But plans have to be in writing and then can't be modified. So they are subject to review or audit.

Trading plans can vary in terms of complexity. However, every plan must expressly specify the amount, price and date of the purchase or sale or provide a written formula or algorithm for determining amounts, prices and dates.
