HI Lance,

I share the lack of confidence note.

I originally worked for GM at the age of 19 -37.

They were a big well capitalized company.Projects often took too long - no urgency.

They were well capitalized and the reality of how aggressive the global markets are, was absent.

I'm often uncomfortable as I hear the reorg plans.

Bad genetics/culture is my greatest fear.

If they have the best implanter - they need to close some business and establish market share, as the tool of record is huge.

I'm not sure I see that urgency.

That's my worst fear.
