The judicial logic and constitutionality behind Roe vs Wade is very clear.

Yes very clearly wrong, and rather clearly based on something other than the actual constitution.

Then you clearly lack some important cognitive ability. For anyone who has any understanding of Constitutional law, it is very clear.........with the notable exception of those who have a prior bias against abortion.

And much like Intelligent Design the right's position on Roe vs Wade is badly flawed no matter how many of you believe in it.

And that's coming from someone who has very ambivient feelings about abortion.
