To All: A most interesting press release.....one that will bring much speculation, as to the accused, freedom of speech, etc.....Wonder if this is connected to Digitek's postings on the DI users forum? Could it include anyone from SI, AOL? Anyones guess right now.

Crossing the fine line from opinion to negative speculation is one thing, but I would bet that Presstek has it's ducks-in-a-row and the evidence needed to prove their position, before even attempting to nail those that deliberately lied with the intent to slam the stock for their own profits and the profit of others.

So.....now what? I am sure Presstek's Robert McDaniel is not filing in an attempt to prevent the legitimate bears from posting their views.....I would however, suggest that those short this stock, continue to base their comments on their own opinion and research and not "state as fact" vicious information that they KNOW to be false.

If in this suit, it exposes a suspected conspiracy to damage the company and the stock, if it results in a halt to the undeserved attacks that Presstek has endured from the shorts, if it brings about an assemblence of credibility back to this company with the investment community, then the filing is certainly justified and my sincere congratulations to Presstek for their decision to proceed.
